Buy legal Cannabis regulations?
There are strict laws and regulations surrounding the legalization of non-medical Cannabis. Before you buy, use, or grow your own non-medical Cannabis, learn more about what’s legal and what’s not.
1. The legal age
You must be at least 18 years old to buy, use, possess or grow non-medical Cannabis at thehighclub
2.Possession
Adults over the age of 18 may carry up to 30 grams of dry non-medical Cannabis or its equivalent in public places.
Additionally, adults may not possess more than 1,000 grams of dried non-medical Cannabis or equivalent in a non-public place (such as your home). This limit is per household and is based on the expected yield of the four cannabis plants.
3.public use
Adults over the age of 18 are generally allowed to smoke or smoke Cannabis in public places where smoking and vaping are permitted. But keep in mind that secondhand smoke can be harmful and irritating to people, especially children, so be careful when smoking in public places.
Smoking and Cannabis are prohibited in the following public places:
Playgrounds, sports fields, skate parks, swimming pools and fountains, or any deck or seating area associated with these places public buildings, workplaces or common areas of apartments, apartments or dormitories, and air intakes, windows and Within 6 meters of the entrance to bus stops, bus shelters, train stations, ferry terminals, and similar sites Within 6 meters of the door District and municipal parks, except designated campsites Provincial parks, except for identified or designated areas

Registered hotel guests may smoke or smoke Cannabis in hotel rooms if permitted by the hotel.
Community care facilities, assisted living homes and hospitals may designate specific rooms where residents or patients can smoke or smoke Cannabis.
The use of non-medical Cannabis (all forms) is prohibited on K-12 school property and on any adjacent sidewalks or boulevards. It is also illegal for drivers and passengers to smoke non-medical Cannabis in a vehicle.
Local and Aboriginal governments can set additional restrictions on the use of non-medical Cannabis by the public based on their existing chartering powers.
Health Canada-authorized medical Cannabis can be used on school property and on intercity buses, trains and boats, as long as certain requirements are met.

5.Advertising and promotion
There are strict federal rules around promotion of cannabis.
In addition, under provincial regulations, it is illegal for anyone without a retail license issued by the Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch to advertise themselves as a licensed retailer. Also, no one can market, advertise or promote a place as a location to consume cannabis, or spend time after consuming cannabis.
